Shipping and insurance added to all prices. For delivery outside the USA, please inquire. Allow two weeks after I recieve your payment for shipping (inside USA delivery) of drawings and original oils, 3-4 weeks for prints. Allow longer time for outside USA delivery.
Return policy: Maintaining my high level of customer satisfaction is important to me. Each SpielArts Fine Art reproduction is guaranteed for quality to insure that you receive a print that meets your satisfaction. Once your custom order has been sent to print, a cancellation refund of 50% of your order price is possible. In case of damage in transit, a same print replacement is offered. Prints must be returned within 10 days. Cash refunds are not offered.

Terms & Conditions of Sale Purchase Payment of 50% minimum of the total price is required with order. The balance is payable prior to collection/delivery. The statue remains the property of the artist until paid in full. Prices Prices are valid at the time of order, secured by a deposit. Prices are held for three months from order/deposit. Delivery Customer will be invoiced seperately. Special packaging and overseas arrangements are available. Breakages In the event of breakages occurring during delivery, the purchaser must inform the courier on taking receipt of the order. Patination The coloration of the sculpture can not be guaranted due to the inconsistency of the materials used. The patination may vary and/or change because of the oxidation of the bronze. Insurance Insurance is included. Cancellation Cancellation is not possible after a deposit has been accepted. Partial payments are not refundable. Authentication Certificates are supplied with every statue, each with a corresponding number. All editions are strictly limited to the numbers stated in the Gallery section.
